Bulgaria’s Council of Ministers is holding a regular sitting today and one of the items to be discussed is a proposal to the National Assembly regarding Bulgaria’s ratification of the Unified Patent Court Agreement. The National Assembly is the single chamber of parliament and responsible for the enactment of laws.
